Never miss a library due date or hold pickup again! With SMS text alerts, you can get reminders straight to your phone for notifications of:

· When your holds are ready for pickup.
· When items are due in the next few days.
· If an item is eligible for renewal, a text will ask you if you want to renew and all you have to do is respond RENEW.
· If you have overdue items.

No more scrambling to remember when things are due, or realizing your class registration is on hold, from a book you forgot to return! You’ll get friendly reminders to keep your reading (and returning!) on track.

Ready to sign up? It’s easy:

· Head to the Library website and click on My Account.
· Log into your account and click on Modify Preferences.
· Under the SMS Alerts section, enter your mobile number.
· Check out the terms & conditions, and click Opt In.
· Look for an SMS message on your phone and just respond to confirm you’re all set up!

Remember: The Library does not charge late fines on overdue materials. However, if you keep items past their due date, your account will be placed on hold, and you won’t be able to check out new items or register for classes. Your account will also have a temporary replacement fee for any missing items until they’re returned.
